Bank Statement Converters

Bank Statement Converters helps bookkeepers, accountants, small business owners, and individuals turn bank statement PDFs and images into editable spreadsheet data. It uses AI to extract transaction dates, descriptions, and amounts from text-based PDFs and supported PNG, JPEG, and static WebP images.

Upload a single statement or mix up to 20 files in a batch. Compare extracted transactions with the original PDF or image, correct entries, and exclude unwanted rows before exporting. Balance checks and flags for possible duplicates or date issues help identify items that need attention.

Combine selected statements into one Excel workbook or CSV. Combined Excel exports include a Transactions sheet, a Summary sheet, and a separate worksheet for each source file. Source file and page details remain attached to the transactions, alongside available bank, account, currency, and review information. Possible duplicates across files are flagged for review rather than automatically removed.

Start with a one-time allowance of 3 free pages, with no account or credit card required. Each supported image counts as one page; credits are charged only when a page produces usable transaction data. Editing and repeat exports do not use extra credits. Monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time page packs are available.

Files can be up to 20 MB each, with up to 100 pages per PDF. Image size limits apply. Scanned PDFs and long screenshots are not currently supported. Keep the batch tab open while files are being started in sequence, and review the extracted results before using them.
