Astra

Astra is a project, task and meeting management platform built in Saudi Arabia by Watar Technology. It is designed for teams in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, with a complete Arabic experience and English for teams that work in both.

Most teams don't struggle with the amount of work. They struggle with how scattered it is. A task gets agreed in a chat, a deadline is set in a meeting, and a file travels in several versions. As a team grows, finding out where things stand becomes harder than doing the work.

Astra puts that work on one track. Every project has a clear picture of its status and progress. Every task has an owner, a priority and a due date. Every meeting has participants, an agenda and action items linked to the project. Tasks can be linked so they run in the right order on a timeline, and when one task is finished the next one starts on its own, so follow-up doesn't rely on anyone's memory. Notifications tell people about new tasks, upcoming deadlines and completed work as it happens.

A built-in AI assistant answers questions about Astra and about your work in it, in whichever language you ask, Arabic or English. The interface is right to left on every screen in Arabic.

Astra opened early registration in October 2026 and is preparing for its official launch on web, iOS and Android. Teams that join the waitlist can try Astra free for 30 days at launch.
